INGREDIENTS
- 3g CHÃ Matcha
- 30ml hot water at 80°C
- 100ml cranberry juice (unsweetened)
- 150ml sparkling water
- Ice
- Fresh cranberries for garnish (optional)
METHOD
Step 1: Sift matcha into a bowl and whisk with 30ml of hot water at 80°C until smooth and frothy
Step 2: Let the matcha cool for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 3: Fill your glass generously with ice
Step 4: Pour cranberry juice over the ice
Step 5: Add sparkling water over the cranberry layer
Step 6: Slowly pour the cooled matcha over the top
Step 7: Garnish with fresh cranberries if you like, stir lightly and enjoy your cranberry matcha sparkler immediately while it is still fizzy
