At Chã, we take great care in crafting and packing every order. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A package that is tampered with or missing items

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
