PEPPERMINT MATCHA MOCHA

INGREDIENTS

- 3g Cha MATCHA

- 1 tsp cocoa powder

- ½ tsp peppermint extract

- 200 ml milk

- Sweetener

METHOD

- Whisk matcha with hot water (80°C).


- Mix cocoa powder with a little warm milk to dissolve it.


- Add the remaining milk and peppermint extract.


- Pour matcha into the chocolate-mint milk.

- Stir lightly.
