INGREDIENTS

  • 3g CHÃ Matcha
  • 30ml hot water at 80°C
  • 150ml coconut milk or coconut water
  • 50ml oat milk or coconut milk
  • Ice

METHOD

Step 1: Sift matcha into a bowl to remove any clumps

Step 2: Add 30ml of hot water at 80°C and whisk in a W motion until smooth and frothy

Step 3: Fill your glass with ice

Step 4: Pour coconut milk or coconut water over the ice

Step 5: Slowly pour the matcha mix over the coconut layer

Step 6: Top with a splash of oat milk or extra coconut milk for that signature cloud effect

Step 7: Stir lightly and sip your coconut cloud matcha slowly. This one deserves to be savoured.
