STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE
Green meets red and the result is absolutely gorgeous. This strawberry matcha latte recipe is the kind of drink that stops the scroll, makes your friends ask for the recipe, and honestly tastes even better than it looks.
Fresh strawberries layered under smooth, vibrant CHÃ Wellness ceremonial grade matcha. Creamy, fruity, naturally sweet, and packed with antioxidants from both ends of the glass.

INGREDIENTS
- 3g CHÃ Matcha
- 4 to 5 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 30ml hot water at 80°C
- Milk of choice
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
METHOD
Step 1: Blend or muddle strawberries into a smooth puree. Set aside.
Step 2: Sift matcha into a bowl. No lumps allowed.
Step 3: Add 30ml of hot water at 80°C and whisk in a W motion until smooth, frothy and deeply green.
Step 4: Spoon strawberry puree generously into the base of your glass.
Step 5: Pour your milk of choice gently over the strawberry layer.
Step 6: Slowly pour the matcha mix over the top. Watch those layers form. That is the moment. For an iced strawberry matcha latte, add ice to the glass before the milk and let the layers do their thing.
Cha Tips
- Frozen strawberries work just as well as fresh ones and give a naturally thicker puree
- Pour the matcha slowly over the back of a spoon to get clean, defined layers
- Oat milk gives the creamiest texture but coconut milk adds a tropical twist
- Skip the sweetener and let the strawberries do the work, they are naturally sweet enough
- This is one of those drinks that looks stunning in a clear glass. Just saying.
