STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE
INGREDIENTS
- 3g Cha MATCHA
- 2–3 tbsp strawberry purée (about 10ml)
- 200 ml milk
- Ice
METHOD
- Layer strawberry purée at the bottom of a glass.
- Add milk and ice.
- Whisk matcha with 30 ml 80°C water until smooth.
- Pour the matcha on top and watch the swirl.
